Delphine REVILLON champagnes is a young, daring house that asserts its delicacy through refined, feminine cuvées. Founded and run by a woman, the House offers an initiatory voyage of natural Champagne aromas through its range of 4 cuvées.
Its premium Champagne signature, led by our Associate Cellar Master, Richard DAILLY, is based on 4 criteria:
- Fine Bubbles
- Extra brut
- Natural Champagne aromas (through the use of premiere presses, grape quality)
- Refinement and maturity (through a minimum of 5 years cellar ageing)

Our ambition?
We are committed to passing on our knowledge of Champagne and working with transparency.
That's why we're committed to making Champagne tasting accessible and offering new ways of consuming it. We shake up the usual consumption trends (original pairings, unusual places to drink) while guaranteeing a certain French Art de vivre.
We offer an initiatory Champagne journey to discover natural Champagne aromas that consumers are unfamiliar with, like a wine diagonal. We offer 4 cuvées and tasting workshops.

Our distinctive Champagne approach?
To travel to the heart of the Champagne region to discover aromas that are little-known to consumers, and to offer a different way of discovering and understanding the history of champagne. This is the spirit behind our Champagne tasting workshops in the Hauts de France, in the Lille area.
Our Champagne tasting workshops, recently awarded the Hauts-de-France European Region of Gastronomy 2023 label, are organized around several themes:
- A simplified oenological approach,
- Blind tasting,
- The history of women and their impact on Champagne production.
Each workshop offers surprising, original and simple pairings.
A little extra: simplified and original tasting aids and an individual quiz to learn how to select your Champagne.
A proposal for BtoB: team building, seminars and private workshops.
In our constant quest for new experiences, we offer a revisited, sensory and memorable approach to Champagne.
Our aim is to "Simplify & Desacralize" Champagne, making it accessible to all and offering a new vision of tasting: lively, interactive workshops will be offered through a sensory journey and an initiatory course of flavors in the heart of Champagne.
