8 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.: Dinner, Ch'ti Frou-Frou menu: Starter (maroilles tart) / Main course (Flemish carbonade or fish with white butter sauce and risotto) / Dessert (crème brûlée) + drinks (1 welcome Kir - 1/3 white or red wine - coffee or tea)
