Textile flocking is a personalization technique that transfers patterns, texts or logos onto garments, particularly T-shirts, using iron-on vinyl. This digital tea party offers a fun and creative immersion into this world at the crossroads of design, digital technology and craftsmanship.
Over the course of the two sessions, participants will learn how to design a personalized visual, prepare files for cutting with a plotter-type cutting machine, and then transfer their creation to textile using a heat press.
No prior skills are required: this workshop is designed to be accessible to all those curious to discover new ways of expressing their creativity through simple, concrete digital tools. The emphasis is on experimentation, discovery of media and materials, and learning by doing.
Participants will leave with a personalized T-shirt, designed and flocked by themselves.
**Attendance required for both sessions **
