### LILLE-DUNKERQUE CHAPTER
Featuring a host of local, Belgian and French giants, the famous giant kutch and the percussive rhythms of Salamba and Gnawa musicians, the bal hybride (Saturday) will bring the public together in a universe at the crossroads of a village festival and a free party, carrying them into a trance similar to that of ancient rituals
_Petticoat Government_ is a choral work and the image of a collective body initiated by seven people, Sophie Boiron, Valentin Bollaert, Simona Denicolai, Pauline Fockedey, Pierre Huyghebaert, Antoinette Jattiot and Ivo Provoost, who together form this multi-disciplinary collective. At the crossroads of art, curatorial practices, architecture, graphic design, typography and cartography, the collective seizes the potential of the Venice Biennale in a horizontal, collaborative mode to produce a work whose outcome is already to be found in the experimentation of its method
