A stage manager at the Le Grand Mix contemporary music venue in Tourcoing, she coordinates technical management and concert production. She is also involved in initiatives concerning performance techniques and gender equality in the music world, taking part in workshops and podcasts linked to contemporary music. It is in this same spirit that Élise will lead this meeting.
