Supplément de Joie

Stéphanie Laleuw?s works invite us to a joyful celebration of the living. Echoing the tangles of nature, the colorful world of markets and carnivals the world over, ornaments multiply, proliferate and occupy the entire space. For this exhibition, the artist proposes an installation of embroideries created in collaboration with over a hundred local people, questioning the creative process as a possible creator of links and encounters in our society. Formal and human interaction become one, reinventing a new poetry of everyday life.
