Vert par Nature : l’art de la vannerie

Florie Andrèges challenges you to make an object with your 10 fingers, while learning the delicate art of basketry. Basketry is the ancient art of weaving plant fibers into objects. Florie will introduce you to this delicate art, and the materials and techniques used. Then it's your turn to play! Reproduce ancestral gestures and create a pretty wicker or rattan flower. This introductory workshop in plant fiber weaving is a tribute to the craftsman?s skill, patience, creativity and perseverance.
