Description
One of the best-preserved forts in the ?place forte de Lille?, as it was known when it was built in 1880, it is a hidden treasure in the city. Untouched by conflict, with the exception of its cannons, the fort has retained all its military attributes: its bascule bridge, caponiers, gunpowder magazines and barracks.
This tour is offered on Saturdays May 16, June 13 and October 10, from 10am to 12:30pm.
