Getting to Lille

Access, transport, soft mobility… everything you need to know to get to the Lille Metropolis during the event. Spoiler alert: it’s best to leave the car behind! Follow our guide for a smooth and stress-free arrival.

  • By train

Lille is easily accessible by train, with two stations located right in the city center: Lille-Flandres and Lille-Europe. They serve regional, national (TGV, Intercités), and international lines (Eurostar, Thalys), offering quick connections to major French cities and nearby capitals such as Brussels, London, and Amsterdam.

  • By plane

Lille-Lesquin Airport, located just 10 km from the city center, offers easy access to Lille in under 20 minutes. Shuttle buses, taxis, and ride-hailing services provide convenient connections between the airport and the heart of the metropolis.

  • By public transport

The Lille Metropolis has a comprehensive public transport network, including two metro lines, two tram lines, and an extensive bus system. This network makes it easy to travel to the train stations, city center, and throughout the metropolitan area.

  • By car using the Park &Ride facilities

For easy, stress-free access to the center of Lille, take advantage of the 12 park-and-ride facilities located across the metropolis, offering over 5,500 parking spaces. Conveniently located near metro stations, TER train stations, or bus stops, they are easily accessible from major roads. This practical and cost-effective solution is especially useful with the Low Emission Zone (ZFE-m) implemented by the MEL starting January 1, 2025.
