An active institution since 1930, "Café de Paris - Chez Boubier" is world-renowned for its unique formula: a green salad as a starter and entrecote-frites as the only dish on the à la carte menu, accompanied by the authentic Café de Paris butter recipe.
Indeed, in 1930, Monsieur Boubier invented a highly original butter with a host of spices, herbs and other ingredients, to the delight of his customers, thus creating the real "Beurre Café de Paris". Accompanied by entrecôte steak and pommes allumettes fries, it quickly became a great success.
We look forward to welcoming you to our restaurant in the heart of Vieux Lille, in an art deco Parisian brasserie setting. For your enjoyment, we have two terraces: one covered and one open, with a direct view of the Opera House, the Vieille Bourse and the Belfry!
