In Tourcoing, the application restaurant at Écosup, the MEL hotel school, has officially changed its name to Alumni.
Alumni is two rooms, two propositions:
A gastronomy section called "L'EXPERIENCIEL": gourmet cuisine where the arts of the table take center stage.
Bistronomie SUR LE POUCE: contemporary cuisine based on fresh produce and faster service.
The restaurant's menu evolves with the seasons, constantly discovering new products and offering new starters, main courses and desserts every week.
