In Tourcoing, the application restaurant at Écosup, the MEL hotel school, has officially changed its name to Alumni. Alumni is two rooms, two propositions: A gastronomy section called "L'EXPERIENCIEL": gourmet cuisine where the arts of the table take center stage.
