Anne-Lorraine welcomes you in a charming house dating from 1890, located in the heart of the Wazemmes district (with its Sunday market and picturesque liveliness, as well as numerous food shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity). This district is just 2 steps from the Musée des Beaux-Arts, pedestrian streets and the Grand'Place, and the metro (200m) or V'Lille station (50m) will give you easy access to Old Lille and the whole Lille area (La Piscine in Roubaix, the Musée d'Art Moderne or LaM in Villeneuve d'Ascq, the MUBa Eugène Leroy in Tourcoing or the Louvre Lens a little further away via TER ...).
Anne-Lorraine will share with you her passion for the North, sports (Sunday outings to the citadel are possible) and good addresses in and around the metropolis.
The house has 2 bedrooms (including 1 family room) decorated with taste and a touch of fantasy. Both have private bathrooms and toilets, kettles and WIFI.
You'll have access to a red-and-green lounge reserved for guests, where you can relax, consult guidebooks and ideas for outings (library, TV, DVD), as well as a shared terrace.
Breakfast is served in the family dining room, full of souvenirs of travels to the four corners of the world, and includes regional products, fresh produce and home-made jams.
La Chambre aux Fleurs: We wanted a rustic room in the very heart of Lille: the original work of a local artist provides us with a magnificent, voluminous flower hanging.
We wanted an original access to the shower room: old stripped cupboard doors ensure discretion.
The decor is at once colorful (like our famous nearby Wazemmes market), whimsical and vintage: a successful mix!
A small adjoining bedroom enables us to offer you a family solution.
La Chambre Bleue: More spacious and softer, with a private landing offering true independence of space and serving the bathroom and toilet. The decor is always well-cared-for, colorful and vintage!
