- We're looking for a venue for an event with a large number of participants. Can you help?
We invite you to contact the Hello Lille attraction agency. Its convention bureau will be happy to advise you and put you in touch with the people who can answer your questions.
- Do you offer teambuilding or incentive services?
One of our guided tours, “Tous en scène!”, is designed to be interactive and fun. We can make you a proposal including this tour and/or other services.
- We'd like to organize an outing, but we don't have any local transport. Do you have a solution for us?
When you fill in your quote request, you can ask for a coach to be made available for your touring program. Contact us for more information.
- I can't think of any ideas in the themes you suggest. Do you have any others to suggest?

- We're coming to Lille by coach. Where can we park?
Two solutions are available:
o Esplanade du Champ de Mars: free parking for coaches, except during the Braderie, 25 spaces (Parking Lille Champ de Mars Petit Paradis)
o Boulevard de Leeds (near the Lille Europe train station): a few parking spaces at the Lille International Bus Station.
It is also permitted to stop for a few minutes at Place Rihour, near the Palais Rihour and the Tourist Office, to drop off and pick up passengers.
- How long does it take to receive a response to my request?
Once we have acknowledged receipt of your request, our response time will depend on your requirements (guided tour, full program over one or more days, with or without accommodation) and the date of your visit.

- Do I have to pay a deposit when booking?
For guided tours, payment must be made on receipt of the invoice in order for the reservation to be fully confirmed. In the case of an excursion or a stay, a payment schedule will be sent to you.
- What are your cancellation conditions?
Our cancellation policy is available on request and accompanies all our quotes.
- How can we let you know what we think of a service booked with you?
