Here are all the great ideas to share in July! These activities are open to everyone aged 60 and older, offering a friendly atmosphere for enjoying hobbies (boxing, gardening, billiards, bowling...) and outings outside of Roubaix.
**Among the new offerings**, don’t hesitate to give these a try:
* **Sophrology workshops:** Relaxation, breathing, and positive visualization techniques help you rediscover relaxation and harmony.
_Every Friday, 1-hour session, with two time slots and two locations to choose from: from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Résidence le Pays (34 rue du Pays) or from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Résidence Beaumont (120 rue de Beaumont)._
* **Gardening workshops:** These sessions offer a chance to express your creativity in the great outdoors in a friendly atmosphere.
_Friday, July 3, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (followed by two additional dates in August and September) at the Jardin de Chlorophylle, located at 315 Grande Rue._
