**Summer is far from over! Here are even more ideas to share in September! It’s open to everyone 60 and older,** to enjoy recreational activities in a friendly atmosphere (boxing, bowling, gardening, parkour59, macramé, disco nights...) and outings outside Roubaix.
**\[Reminder\] Among the new summer activities**, you can try something new or continue what you’ve been doing:
* **Sophrology workshops:** Relaxation, breathing, and positive visualization techniques help you regain relaxation and harmony.
_Every Friday, 1-hour session, with two time slots and two locations to choose from: from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Résidence le Pays (34 rue du Pays) or from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Résidence Beaumont (120 rue de Beaumont)._
* **The Macramé Workshop:** This is your chance to express your creativity by making a plant pot.
_Tuesday, September 15, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the Jardin de Chlorophylle, located at 315 Grande Rue._
