**The EURALILLE Development Project on the DEULE**
The MEL has commissioned SPL Euralille to conduct a study on a vast 200-hectare site spanning four municipalities: Lille, La Madeleine, Saint-André, and Lambersart.
The SPL Euralille team will present a summary of this study.
It outlines the guidelines for a long-term development project encompassing urban planning, transportation, environmental and ecological considerations, as well as heritage preservation.
