Welcome to the Jardin des Figuiers! Small percussion instruments, sound objects, tambourines, kalimbas, darbouka, bells, acoustic guitar... Let's explore the tessituras of these different instruments together, before improvising on Arabo-Andalusian rhythms and Gnawa blues.

Attacafa, nomadic universal stage
Fakir brings together musicians Marwan Fakir (violin), Louis Desseigne (guitars and saz) and Pierre-Antoine Despatures (double bass).
Coming from different musical traditions, they tame and confront each other, inventing and writing together the story they want to tell, telling us about borders and frontiers.
Rituals, trances and lacy melodies depict an imaginary world of flashes, frictions, modern impulses and age-old traditions.
With their second album, due for release in 2026, the trio weave a new repertoire under the burning fire of a merciless amp that shakes up certainties. Hmadchas trances, feverish grooves and heart-rending maqams take on a dreamlike quality.
