FROM NOVEMBER 18, 2026, TO DECEMBER 18, 2026 Formcore, founded in 2021, is a collective studio space currently occupied by seven artists: Rouge Cendre, Margaux Dodard, Wilfried Dsainbayonne, Clara Lemercier Gemptel, Thomas Mo%EBsl, Sarah Penanhoat, and Victor Villafagne. For the fall of 2026, La Condition Publique has invited the Formcore collective, composed of seven artists: Rouge Cendre, Margaux Dodard, Wilfried Dsainbayonne, Clara Lemercier Gemptel, Thomas Mo%EBsl, Sarah Penanhoat, and Victor Villafagne. The collective, supported by curator Joana Badia, presents “Parasitages,” a program taking the form of a series of immersive performances within the venue. A series of seven “hacking” actions—akin to pranks—will be carried out, placing visitors at the heart of the installations. This reversal of the visitor’s role aims to blur the boundaries between the exhibition, the artists, the institution, and the public through unexpected actions. These actions are integrated into La Condition Publique’s programming without being announced as performances in order to preserve the element of surprise. Certain employees of the organization (security guards, education staff, communications staff, etc.) will be complicit in these “hacks.” The only event announced on behalf of the Formcore collective will be the exhibition-presentation from November 18 to December 16. This exhibition will bring together archives of previous actions in various forms: recordings, photos, drawings, videos, installations, etc. Works by the artists—conceived for the occasion or created collectively—will also echo these “hacks.” Formcore, founded in 2021, is a collective studio space currently occupied by seven artists: Rouge Cendre, Margaux Dodard, Wilfried Dsainbayonne, Clara Lemercier Gemptel, Thomas Mo%EBsl, Sarah Penanhoat, and Victor Villafagne. Their presence at the Couvent des Clarisses in Roubaix is part of a temporary occupation project initiated by the Zerm architects’ association in 2020 and now managed by the Saisons Zéro association. The primary goal of the Formcore workshop is to facilitate the sharing of workspaces, skills, and tools. It also organizes numerous projects, both within the Couvent des Clarisses and beyond its walls: exhibitions, artist residencies, workshops, concerts, events, etc. Exhibition—presentation of work from November 18 to December 18, 2026.
