Description
Jazz is a genre of music that truly comes into its own when performed live. %C0 Through this “wild” instrument-making workshop, discover the joy of creating your own instrument using simple and recycled materials. Once your creation is finished, put it to the test by joining the other participants for a group musical session in the style of a “Big Band.” Combining instrument-making, sound experimentation, and improvisation, this workshop invites you to experience jazz in a fun, creative, and participatory way. It’s a wonderful opportunity to discover that music is as much about making it as it is about sharing it.
