**Come visit the mills of Villeneuve d'Ascq this July! The museum also offers a workshop on how flour has been made through the ages and a workshop on making a small waterwheel!**
The Jean Bruggeman Mill Museum is open during the summer break, Monday through Friday from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and on July 14 from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
### Guided Tours of the Mills
**Monday through Friday at 2:30 p.m., 3:15 p.m., and 4:00 p.m. Registration on-site.**

Our guides will take you on a tour of the interiors of our two mills: the Olieux Mill and the Flour Mill, both 18th-century mills with their original mechanical systems still intact!
### Workshop: Flour Production Through the Ages
**Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. No reservation required.**

Come try out different milling techniques, from stone mills to hand-cranked mills. Experience it for yourself and learn why humans invented windmills.
### Mini Windmill Workshop

Build a small windmill that spins in the wind and helps you understand how windmills work!
