Dive into the heart of French craftsmanship and discover the secrets behind the production of our spirits during an immersive, sensory tour. Led by passionate experts, this experience reveals every step in the creation of our gins and other spirits, from the selection of raw materials tobottling.
Your tour itinerary:
Awakening the Senses: The experience begins with a tactile and olfactory exploration. Surrounded by our apothecary cabinets and our perfume organ, you’ll discover the botanicals we carefully select. We’ll take you on a journey through our aromatic profiles, with a special focus on our specialty peppers (such as Timut pepper) and our unique herbs, such as kaffir lime leaves and shiso.
The Heart of the Distillation Process: We’ll then guide you right up close to our still. This will be an opportunity to demystify the production process and understand exactly how our modern closed-loop distillation method works (which safely extracts the most subtle aromasin a safe manner, without releasing alcohol vapors into the air).
The Artisan’s Craft: Discover the technical behind-the-scenes of production in our workspace. There, you’ll observe the precision required for blending, %E0refining, and %E0bottling our various product lines, all within an elegant industrial setting blending copper accents and Art Deco aesthetics.
The Art of Tasting: The tour will conclude in our bar area with a “speakeasy” atmosphere. We’ll take the time to discuss our craft over a guided tasting of our artisanal creations (non-alcoholic alternatives will be available for younger guests or drivers).
