How about stepping inside a brewery to go from the vat to the plate? Toqués’ Taprooms invite you to meet a local brewer, take a behind-the-scenes tour of their brewery and sample their craft beers. Then it’s time to sit down to eat: two chefs collaborate to create a menu pairing food and beer, specially designed to complement the host brewery’s creations.
