Originally from Brittany, Edouard Chouteau arrived at La Laiterie in June 2019. His cuisine is inspired by fresh, high-quality produce sourced from local producers. Edouard cultivates the art of beauty as much as the art of flavor. He cut his teeth alongside Eric Frechon at Le Bristol, Alain Passart at L'Arpège and Quique Dacosta at Le Denia. His cuisine is inventive and surprising.
