In a warm, uncluttered atmosphere, you'll discover a cuisine that's frank, meticulous and deeply committed. The chef marries with finesse the products of the sea - line-caught fish, worked using the delicate Ikejime method, shellfish sublimated by vegetable combinations - and those of the land, such as game from his own hunts, offered on request. The name of the restaurant? A nod to Marcel, the chef's faithful hunting and gathering companion.
