Le Colibri offers generous, gourmet bistronomic cuisine. Chef David Lemoine and his team of cooks and waiters are committed to working with fresh, seasonal produce, favoring short distribution channels wherever possible, with a real commitment to home-cooking. The restaurant is also working towards obtaining the "commerce zéro déchet" (zero waste) label.
