It was right in the heart of Villeneuve-d’Ascq, in one of the most vibrant neighborhoods of the Lille metropolitan area, that The Babel Community’s fifth residence opened its doors in June 2025. Here, everything is designed to ensure the well-being of its residents. Discover the hotel rooms and suites—just a 10-minute metro ride from downtown Lille; the station is 200 meters from the residence. Comfortable, stylish, and fully equipped, the rooms are sure to satisfy you! A homemade breakfast buffet is available for an additional fee. Free parking, located right at the building’s entrance, makes it easy to park. The front desk is open 24 hours a day and welcomes you in French, English, and Spanish. The Babel Community also offers turnkey coliving apartments as well as flexible coworking spaces.
